Hi

Since you have taken MRI before,I hope stroke has been ruled out and also diabetes and hypertension.

You need to rule out migraine.Although migraine is a headache causing disorder, there are certain rare forms of migraine that can mimic your symptoms.

Hemiplegic migraine is a rare type of migraine headache resembling stroke symptoms like muscle weakness that can be so extreme that it causes a temporary paralysis on one side of body can occur.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
