What Do Numbness And Tingling In The Hands And Feet Indicate?

I have numbness and tingling in my hands and feet after smoking cigarettes and some times in my head. i am 53 years old and have been smoking since about 11-12 years of age. have tried to stop 3 times and it only last for about 3 months, then i start smoking again, will i be a a person who will never be able to stop? i really want to stop but my life seems meaningless with without cigarettes. any advice Doctor as i am desperate to stop thanks.

Hello,

You think you can't leave it but there are many chain-smokers who have left only for one reason. They have understood at least one time in life how bad these cigarette causing can cause them and many lives have lost. Unless and until you get that situation or see others in you won't make up your mind to leave it.

I know you might be having kids and wife or your parents whom you need to take care. Just imagine how can they survive without you and just make up your mind. Read blogs who motivates you to leave cigarette. Use nicotine gums or patches as an alternative.
