General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The basic problem in both of your complaints is involvement of cervical spines discs causing entrapment of spinal nerves at two levels at upper level. It causes entrapment of nerve suplying ear causing cochlear apparatus which causes dizziness.

Cervical spinal problem entrapping facial nerve compasses never suppling hand causes pain and numbness in hands.

Treatment consists of pain removers (Ibuprofen or over the counter drug), physiotherapy, and surgery in nonresponding patients. Also, please consult a spinal surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
