Hello! For about a year now, a small area of my lower left rib cage has felt tight and kind of numb, especially when laying down on my side. Recently, the area has started to hurt and it feels like there’s a lump under my rib, even though there’s not a visible lump externally. When I was holding my cat against my lower left rib cage the other day, I got a sharp pain and a constant, fast popping feeling. I immediately had to set my cat down, and the pain slowly faded away. It comes and goes and sometimes feels like a dull shooting pain. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thanks!
