General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Miscarriage would cause bleeding so you still do not have clear signs of a miscarriage. Pregnancy may cause similar symptoms and some early pregnancy bleeding as well. Even the periods may cause some of your symptoms.
To conclude: it is still early to determine in your case the exact cause of your fatigue, nausea, weakness, etc. You may have a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. If it is negative but you still do not get your periods, you may repeat a pregnancy test in 3-4 days from the first one.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
