General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The fluid collection could be due to ruptured ovarian cyst.

The ovary need to ovulation function and its a follicular structure.
So Benign follicular cyst formation is common in ovary.

The symptomatic management done for your ruptured ovary and take rest for few days.

Your reports not suggestive of cancer. Follow your gynecologist advise for early recovery.

Hope this will help you.
