What Do My MRI Test Results Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I m male, 45 yrs old. I just a mild stroke 1 month ago. I ve done a Cardiac MRI Enhanced and I was found with a moderate dilation of the left atrium 40ml/m2 (no obvious left atrial appendage thrombus) and a borderline dilation of the right atrium. Is this something to be concerned about?

there is nothing to concern about..just keep on taking your medication which suppose to include antiplatelet as aspirin,,with getting away from stress and salty food to control your blood pressure,which is the most risky factor to concern about
