Based on the echographic images, normal sizes of gland, sub-centimeter nodules the most probable diagnose is Hashimoto thyroiditis which frequently is verified by blood tests of TPO antibodies combined with higher levels of TSH. Anyway, a biopsy performed by your endocrinologist as a fine needle aspiration is required to exclude any malignancy which is not typical with smaller nodules than 1 cm.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
