Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* The lump in collarbone with cough indicate lymph node enlargement following respiratory infection. Control of primary infection will help a lot to resolve the issue.
* The lump involving lower back seems possible sebaceous cyst, lipoma or other issue which has to be addressed with your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I have a lump on my lower back right above my butt crack, it dosent hurt when I bend or sit but it hurts when I lay on it but only on hard surfaces. No puss comes out of it and it s not red, It has gotten bigger since I had kids and gained weight, it does hurt when I press on it.
Hello, I have a knot in lower side of back that when I rub and sort of push over it, it kind of moves up and down. I have other fairly small knots around same area but feel somewhat different. The one that moves slightly is a new one I think. I have others around the same area that my Dr checked and didn t think they were anything to be concerned about. I am a little concerned about this one as it wasn t there before and like I said it moves a little it seems. Thanks very much for your advice.
I have a history of bilateral mastectomy in 2014 for stage 1, Triple negative breast cancer, I went thru A/C and taxene chemo for 6 months. I recently found what feels like a small lump( maybe lymph node) the size of a pea on my lower back, near the iliac crest. I am worried about a metasis, Any ideas what could be causing it?
