Experiencing long term anal itching, painful bowel movements, burning after bowel movements, and skin outside anal area is red. Used steroid for too long and had no relief. Doctor said skin was probably affected by the long term use of steroid. Still no relief

Sometimes, parasitic infestation may lead to perianal itching and rash. Please take Tab. Albendazole 400mg one tablet at night. Also please apply Zinc oxide paste locally around the area of anus where rash is present.
