What Do Light Brown Spots Under Toe Nail Indicate?
my son has light brown spots under toe nail and also 2 other little toes ,checked it out with GP he says its not fungus and to keep an eye on it cut nails regularly see what happens in 3-4 weeks .. he did mention possible melanoma but hold off for a while for biopsy ,, my son is very concerned now any idea what my best next step i am thing straight to a specialist

Most common cause is onychomycosis, an easy way to differentiate between melanoma and onychomycosis is that Melanoma does not move with nail plate growth while onychomycosis moves..
