What Do Left Frontal T2 Hyperintense White Matter Lesions And Chronic Small Vessel Ischemic Disease Suggest?
My MRI Brain/Head wo Contrast under Findings states, Small and tiny left frontal T2 hyperintense white matter lesions, nonspecific in represent sequelae of early chronic small vessel ischemic disease or sequelae of other remote insult, doubtful clinical significance in the absence of new or progressive neurological symptoms
I am of the opinion that your MRI shows constriction of small blood vessels in your brain. These are caused by many factors, one of them is smoking, if you do please stop it. other factors are blood vessel elasticity problems, lipid and diabetic factors, chronic infection or hypercalcemia etc etc. I would suggest you to go for a detailed neurological evaluation and blood profiles done. Send me the reports.
