I am of the opinion that your MRI shows constriction of small blood vessels in your brain. These are caused by many factors, one of them is smoking, if you do please stop it. other factors are blood vessel elasticity problems, lipid and diabetic factors, chronic infection or hypercalcemia etc etc. I would suggest you to go for a detailed neurological evaluation and blood profiles done. Send me the reports.
