What Do Joint Aches And Body Chills In The Evenings Indicate?

Every evening for a couple of weeks now I have had flu-like symptoms - joint aches and pains, chills, general feeling of being unwell, and just want to get into bed and sleep. I don t have any other symptoms, and every morning I am fine, but the symptoms start again in the late afternoon and early evening. what could it be?
