What Do Itchy Red Rashes On The Knees Indicate?

My husband has a wide spread rash on his trunk - front and back and down to his knees for the past few days. Small red itchy spots. They do not hurt. He exercises extensively on a bicycle wind-trainer and ski trainer, but showers frequently. He is 71.

Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. It looks like he's suffering from shingels. He can try using an antiviral within 72 hours of burst ex acyclovir. Also take lidocaine ointment for pain . And pain killers such ibuprofen. Best regards.
