What Do Itchy, Pus And Blood Filled Bumps On Scalp And Hairline Suggest?

I have many small pimple like bumps on my scalp and along the hairline. They either have puss or blood inside. They itch, hurt and irritate. My hair has thinned and breaks of easily. Changed to medicated shampoos but to no avail. Embarrassing to be always scratching. What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, infective boils is very likely and initially this can be managed with local antibiotic and if this fails to responds the it can be managed with oral antibiotic hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
