General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Madam, thank you for your consultation.as you are saying a hyperechoic lesion is found in urinary bladder it means there is something inside the bladder which is causing a specific sound wave of ultrasound to reflect and making a hyperechoic feature during ultrasonogram process.with ultrasonogram it cannot be confirmed but we can guess this hyperechoic feature resembles a polyp.a polyp is a baloon like structure coming out of a tissue as outgrowth due to pathological condition.so coming back to your query your ultrasound features points finger to your having such polyp in urinary baldder.my best wishes.thank you.
