General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your history is concerned you have hot flushes which has many pathological causes so to pinpoint the diagnosis we need certain investigations:-

1) Do FBS, TSH and Testosterone level
2) Do your urine tests for 5-HIAA

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
