What Do Headaches And Breathing Difficulty Indicate?

I just turned 60, I walk a few miles 5x a week and do yoga. I had a sinus headache a Thursday when I work up. When I went to bed Thursday night I had a heavy feeling in my chest and couldn t take a deep breath. I have used vicks vapor rub in nose and on upper lip each night. have had a little stuffy nose but no sneezing or coughing. The heaviness in my chest has gotten stronger and when I bend over I get a little dizzy. Not sure if this is just a developing or something to be checked out, I have not had this issue previously. these symptoms mostly indicate chest infection and there is some other causes needs investigative steps

you feel difficulty when having deep breath and sinus hedache ..commonly we find these symptoms in our clinic patients refer to common cold or chest infection...and no worry of that as you should have bed rest and drink alot of fluids and improvement will occur in few days ..some times when we find these symptoms accompaigned by cough or fever we give antibiotic for bacterial infection..but till now no need for that for you..also stress and anxiety can cause that
some times when symptoms persist and there is chest pain we do ECG test and chest x ray to role out any lung problems but also till now no need for that for you
