What Do Headaches Along With Memory Loss And Nausea Indicate?

HI, I am trying to diagnose a 75 yr old man with symptoms of headache, forgetfulness, disequilibrium, and nausea for a neuroscience class, and I am stumped.the obvious would be, dementia, or stroke, but not finding anything to fit all these symptoms.

Hi,

You are right: the most probable diagnosis for this patient is Dementia or Stroke.

You need to add information from X-ray/ct-scan of head or blood work reports. A complete cardiac check up is required (ECG, echocardiogram) and neurological examination is a must too.

After evaluating the results, we can confirm the final diagnosis.
