General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Short answer: Need to consult a doctor.

Detailed answer:
Thanks for asking on HCM.

Diabeteic patients are prone to develop altered intestinal flora, infections of bowel which causes repeated diarrhea. Sometimes you may also develop irritation of bowel which causes increased bowel movements. It is better to get a stool examination done before taking any treatment. For this you need to consult a doctor. Please drink Oral Rehydration Solution.

I hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
