What Do Enlarged Lymph Nodes And Nodules In The Lungs Indicate?

I have been told I have an enlarged lymph node and nodules on my lungs. I had hystoplasmosis as a child and my lungs are very scarred from it. I also have shortness of breath, my neck is stiff and gets knots in it and my shoulders ache. Are these all symptoms of lymphoma?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated.

Lymphoma is a possibility and we have to rule out have to get a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.

You can plan for a bronchoscopic biopsy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
