General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
i can understand your concern. cysts are nothing but fluid filled cavities. simple cysts that donot cause symptoms like pain and are not infected donot require any intervention. they can be monitored periodically for changes. if pain is present or complications are present, cysts can be removed or drained surgically by a urologist.
you havent mentioned which enzymes are elevated. enzymes are usually liver and pancreatic. For kidney we check for urea and creatinine.

your symptoms like mild blood in urine are not related to cysts on kidney. this in your case is most probably due to a urinary tract infection.
i would advise to get a culture and sensitivity test and repeat the ultrasound every six months.

Hope i have answered your query.
Have a nice day
