General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to genital herpes. Some advice that I can give to you are:
-Take acetaminophenibuprofen, or aspirin to relieve pain.
-Apply cool compresses to sores several times a day to relieve pain and itching.
-You can take prescripted antiviral therapy. Talk to your doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
