What Do Blisters On The Arms And Feet Indicate?

My stepdad had a biopsy done on his hand because he has been forming blister pus like things on his arms and feet and forehead running a fever he has sepsis and has been stop breathing when sleeping Epidermal necrosis with eosinophilic infiltrate with dermoepidermal junction. A differential includes drug reaction. Immunobullous disorder dermal hypersensitivity reaction. Clinical correlation recommended.

Hello,

Blisters on palms and soles with fever may be possible of hand foot mouth disease caused by coxsackievirus. Other possibilities like bullous pemphigoid or pemphigus Vulgaris or eczema etcetera. Until examination, is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your dermatologist. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
