Hello,

What is your age?

It may be due to Herpangina in children or herpes infection or apthous ulcers. Until examination is done it, is difficult to say what it is.

Use salt water gargling and water vapour inhalation. Use soft diet and avoid alcohol and smoking.

Use mucopain gel locally, and if symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
