What Diet Should Be Taken To Regularize The Sugar Levels?

Hi Doctor, My mother is 50 yrs old and she had sugar pp test .sugar level is 176 mg/dl. I would like to know what actions she should take so that her sugar level come back to normal. What food she should include in her diet? Is 176 mg/dl high? Please help me.

Post prandial of 176mg/dl is not too high. Please do not go for any alterations with single reading. Please do FBS, PPBS and HbA1c to decide on modifications. If only post prandial is increased you can increase the fibre content in her diet.
