Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Your husband is likely having a problem with the digestive system.
Most likely causes are gut infections due to bacteria, viruses or parasites.
Other possibilities are ulcers and the serious one is perforation.
Vomittings and cold sweats indicate that it is a serious disease and should be evaluated as soon as possible.
Please get his complete blood counts, liver and renal function tests, stool examination and an ultrasound of whole abdomen right now to help in the diagnosis.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
