What Could The Lump On Testicle Be?

hello i am 15 years of age and last night i found a small lump on my left testicle , it's around the size of a pea and is quite hard . i only noticed it last night after a family dispute could it be stress? or cancer for i fear the worst but i don't think it is if i am bieng honest i have read online about similar things bieng cyst's and i don't want to talk to it about anyone just yet help?

boil-early infection stage, or it could be from early cyst formation from hairfollicles on scrotal skin.It's not from stress / or neither its Cancer.
