What Could The Bruising On Hip Signify?

On each hip, I have a bruise that are a little smaller than dimes. They look like bruises but when I touch them, there is no pain. They have been there for several months and I m trying to figure out what it is. They are in the same exact spot on both hips

Hi.
As per your case history you maybe suffering from tinea corporis (fungal infection) or irritant contact dermatitis (due to irritation of your belt or cloth on hip)
My treatment advice-.
1. Wear loose clothes, maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an anti-fungal plus mild steroid cream like Candid-b on lesion twice daily.
3. If lesion persists it is better to consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.
Thanks.
