What Could Swelling Of Legs, With History Of Liver Transplant Suggest?
I had a liver transplant in 2009, go for yearly check-ups (Mayo/Jacksonville. Last month went to hospital , blood presure was high and retaining water , water around heart. Got meds for this. Last week legs started to swell and so did both feet, had hard time catching my breath in the hot weather.
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are having generalized edema of leg and also collection of fluid in body cavities such as around heart . It may be related to lowered blood proteinemia as you has liver disease . Other cause can be congestive cardiac failure.You need to visit physician and got complete check up and treatment.
