What Could Sudden Onset Of Headache, Nausea And Extreme Fatigue Indicate?

Hi, I am a 26 yr old female. I had a very weird experience yesterday, it was a long day at work. I had just gotten in from the hot outdoors, and while climbing the steps suddenly I got cross eyed, and felt nauseous. I didn t really feel dizzy though. But today, my whole body was aching, I felt extremely tired even though I had slept for 8 hrs. Now in getting minor headaches, nauseous. what could this be? I am anemic, I had almost 14/15 hrs shift at work yesterday, didn t really eat much all day, maybe was dehydrated as well. I would like to know what caused the cross eye and the tiredness? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

All these symptoms are likely to be related to dehydration and your existing anemia.

Despite good 8 hours sleep, you suffered from headache, nausea and fatigue might be indicative of some dehydration and electrolyte deficit.

You can go for some blood works and blood electrolytes like sodium and potassium.

Till then, maintain proper hydration for which you should drink at least 4 to 5 liters water per day.

Take lots of fruit juices and oral pain killers like diclofenac available over the counter.

Consult some local doctor or GP for complete treatment.

Regards,
