What Could Sore Head, Vomiting And Bleeding Ears Indicate?

I started needing to urine frequently with sharp pain near the end a day or two ago so i got sone ural and cranberry tablets from the chemist to try help a bladder infection if thats what i had . Today when i woke up my head is severly sore everytime i move in bed or try to get up and i just started vomiting up the ural/ water. I just went to clean my ears because they felt blocked and fresh blood was on the cotton swab to. Not sure if vomiting/ blood is something i need for?
