What Could Shortness Of Breath With Back Pain Suggest?

What could cause these symptoms?
I suffer upper back pain which feels like constant throbbing and stinging (in line with bust area). This sometimes spreads to lower back by mid day. I get shortness of breath during any activity. I have noticed that my lower left rib is protruding about an inch more than the right one but don't know if this is related. I have constant feeling of being winded. I suffer aches around my chest which only last for a few seconds each time, this worsens during stress or worry. I suffer tingling and aching in both thighs. I suffer pain and clicking in my knees but mainly my right one.

I suffered an unprovoked DVT last year in my right thigh and have residue that has remained. I suffer post thrombotic syndrome in my right leg as well as swelling and pain in the effected area. My symptoms worsen throughout the day. The longer i'm on my feet or sitting, the worse the symptoms get. Leg symptoms subside with elevating leg. All symptoms subside when sleeping but start again next day.
