What Could Severe Stomach Pain With Loose Motions Indicate?

Hello,
I am having sever stomach ache just now with loose motions.
I am on a high protein low fat diet, having a chapati every hour (5-6hrs). Also use whey protein around 90gms and oats as breakfast and regular banana and water melon as snacks. I am on this similar diet for a month, but this is the first time I am facing this stomach ache. And I dont think I would have had any food poisoning as I am having only food.

Abdominal painand diarrhoea could be due to acute gastroenteritis,viral gastroenteritis,irritable bowel syndrome or diverticulitis etc.

You must undergo routine blood count,electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen.

You will require antibiotics(quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals etc.) with antiemetic, antispasmodics and antiinflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.

There might be need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body.

You must consult physician for immediate treatment.
