every now and then i get strange phenomenon in my coal chods. I could be talking and then suddenly it feels like something ruptures in them (feels like something poking and tugging at one particular point in them) and it would stop me from talking and cause me to cough. almost right after i find that my voice, especially in the upper register is almost completely hoarse. What is that and is it normal?
