General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. It can be a cyst. If it is not hurting and very small in size then no matter to worry. If larger you have to go to an ophthalmologist for removal. Till that continue applying tear fresh drops to your eyes.
