What Could Red, Sore And Swollen Toes With Tightness Suggest?
Hi, both my big toes are very red swollen and sore around the outer sides of the nail following around to the front. The front of my toes are very red and blotchy. The skin on the tip of my toes is a funny texture, like its pulled really tight. they are also very hot to touch. Any ideas?

it indicates infection and cellulitis in toes or nail bed. go to doctor for check up. start with the antibiotics and NSAIDS. give elevation and sos drainage if pus pointing develops. avoid excessive wieght on that toe. maintain immunity by proper intake of vitamins and minerals. take care . get well soon
