What Could Red Skin Blotches With Diarrhea Suggest?
I started off with a few spots on my hands yesterday at work and now I m covered across my face hands legs sides , some of them are joined so it looks like I have one massive red blotch on my skin. I also have belly ache and diarrhea but don t know if it s that s absolutely nothing to do with it

I can understand your concern for red skin blotches with diarrhea. There can be multiple possibilities of the red skin blotches with diarrhea and to diagnose the exact entity you require meeting a proper dermatologist. A dermatologist will analyze the exact cause of the red skin blotches with diarrhea and then will give you the best treatment if the same.
It can be either due to Urticaria or commonly known as hives or due to vasculitis where there is inflammation of small blood vessels is there.
In my patients I generally prescribe oral anti histamine like loratadine. It is one of the drugs which is not having any side effects and can be taken for long term usage. Do not scratch or rub the skin as it can lead to further aggravation.
If at all you feel that the area is increasing or there is more of aggravation of the problem then you can meet a family physician immediately.
