What Could Red, Itchy Spots On Body With High Temperature And Sore Throat Indicate?

both my children are display red itchy spots not many around the body one has got a high temperature and the other on said his throat is sore foe the last two days they haven t eaten much they are taking drinks and the one with the temperature has being given capol six plus every four hours should I take them to a doctor
