General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Arm numbness and tingling over a period of time should not be neglected. There are possible issues such as
- Cervical spondylosis
- Trauma
- Undiagnosed sprain or impingement of rotator cuff

The MRI or nerve conduction study are best possible tool to get them evaluated in best way.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
