What Could Recurring Chest Pain With Pressure In The Neck Indicate?

i had some chest pain plagueing me for about a week approx 6 weeks ago. I only believe that this is relevant because since than i have noticed this sensation of pressure on the left side of my neck, not sure if there noticeable distension. .wanted to get a second opinion before i went to the doc....

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should consult doctor and get done
1. Chest x ray to rule out lung pathology.
2. Ultrasound examination of neck to rule out lymphnode enlargement or other mass lesion.
Lung infection and lung malignancy (if you are smoker) are common cause for chest pain and neck pain and distention.
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection and lung malignancy.
If both, chest x ray and ultrasound are normal then no need to worry much.
Painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs are beneficial in your case.
