What Could Random Change Sin Bp Suggest?
Hello Sir.....I am a 34 year old female.......for the past few years my blood pressure goes from being normal to dropping to 100/60 or lower very fast causing me to feel so weak and sleepy that I cannot keep my eyes open. This doesn t happen all the time, used to be only once in a while but now it has happened once a day for the past two days. There was no physical activity done before the instances occur. When this happens I have no choice but to lay down where I am and sleep. Once I have slept for three to four hours my blood pressure slowly returns to normal. Any insight to what may be causing this?

Low blood pressure along with weakness,sleepiness indicates Hypotension secondary to electrolyte imbalance.Get investigations like serum electrolytes,complete blood picture,ECG,2D ECHO of your heart to confirm the diagnosis.Electrolyte correction with fluid supplementation will be helpful.Take 3-4litres of water.Take fruit juices,coconut water,buttermilk,Electobion sachets etc.If your BP is Thankyou
