I have a mole on my arm which has been hurting for at least atwo weeks now and my mom decided to squeeze it and clear liquid came out. Its raised off the skin more than it normally would be and it looks like its growing. From what I can see, there s a small dark dot in the center of it. Help?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Mole is a benign and harmless skin lesion. Do not squeeze or torture it. Otherwise, it may become infected. Keep it as it is. If you are embarrassed, then it may be removed by electrocautery or surgery under local anesthesia. For that, consult the dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
