Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated due to presence of pus cells,RBC in urine.
Few epithelial cells are normally found in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of urinary tract infection.
Drink plenty of water.
I also suggests alkalizing syrups to my patients.

Treatment of fibroid depend upon many factors like age, symptoms, family is completed or not.Since you have small fibroid, you may only need follow up.

Get well soon.
Take Care
