What Could Popping And Painful Knee Cap Suggest?
My knee cap is popping out of place vertically, it is extremely painful and I can t walk on uneven ground or stairs without holding on for dear life. I do have arthritis. Less than a year ago I had a total replacement for my other knee. But this is something that I ve never felt before
