What Could Physical Strain Mediated Small Painless Growth On The Perineum Be With Bleeding While Getting Ruptured?

I noticed a small painless growth on the perineum since last summer. I noticed it after having ran three miles on the treadmill. I experienced some soreness in area the next day because I had worn mesh lined track pants. I did this a few more times because boxer underwear made me feel restricted and uncomfortable when running in them. The small bump has since ruptured as of Thursday, 01/16/14. It bleeds only when I wash the area during shower time. I have to use a paper towel to stop the bleeding. A little tender to touch when cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, but no real discomfort. Do you have a possible diagnosis.
Thank you in advance.

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that it is the boil, or a growth with the blood vessels called hemangioma. It is a bacterial infection, or a secondary infection over the hemangioma.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis. If it bursts completely, it is o.k, but if some pus is left behind, it is to be drained. You may need to have treatment with antibiotics, till it is healed completely.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
