What Could Painful Lumps On Armpit Suggest?

Hi. I am really sorry to disturb. I have had a red , painfull when touched, lump, under my armpit. It goes away after couple of days, but after a while it comes back. It is hard on the inside as well as a bit swallen and red on the outside. Now i have it in a more private area. Same red, hurting when touched, lump. What could it be? I am really scared. Thank you so much for your time.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged axillary lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
