What Could On And Off Vibration In Groin Area Indicate?

Hi. I have been feeling a vibration in my groin area, on and off, for a few days. At first I thought it was a vibrating cell phone, but I have learned that the sensation is occurring despite the fact that I don t have any electronic devices near me. What might this be due to?

Let me tell you some fact this could be due to your mobile device only, you must had have a device in that area before in vibration mode for quite long time and in this way the part of your body become accustom to this, and now even though the cell phone is not there still you have such sensation, it just exactly like phantom limb (Leg, hand and finger) this will go away stop reacting to it have nice day.(Phantom pain:- even after the amputation of limb or finger patient experience the pain in same limb or organ which is imputed )
