What Could On And Off Dull Pain In Left Testicle Indicate?
I have had a dull ache in my left testicle off and on for a month or more. No trauma that I am aware of, though I experienced discomfort due to long commutes to my job (I recently was laid off). I switched to more supportive underwear about 2 weeks ago, which seemed to help, but over the past 24 hours have had some shooting pains, coming and going, very spread out. I believe I may be dehydrated, or could have a kidney stone, but I have no idea. I have no insurance and very little money. Not concerned about an STD, as I have been celibate for a very long time (years). Seeking advice.
