Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your son can be related to many medical condition.
One of the common causes is epilepsy which should be excluded with electroencephalogram.
If this diagnosis is excluded, another possible cause is migraine.
I suggest to consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
